What is your refund policy?
You have a 3 day waiting period from the time that you pay the enrollment fee. If you decide within the the first 3 days, that you no longer need our services, we will provide you a full refund.
You are entitled to a 100% refund (minus enrollment fee) on all monthly payments if we don't remove any negatives items within 120 days (4 consecutive months).
Is credit repair legal?
Yes, credit repair is legal and our credit education and document processing will help you to use the law in your favor. That law is called "The Fair Credit Reporting Act". The FCRA gives you the right to dispute any item on your credit report. If that item cannot be verified within 30-45 days, it must be removed from your report.
What else can I do to help raise my score?
Pay ALL of your bills on time every month.
Never charge more than 20% of the available balance on any of your credit cards.
Make sure you're using your credit cards. (Use it for gas, small bill, etc and pay the balance in full every month.
Don't apply for any new accounts unless recommended by our company.
Keep your accounts active as long as possible. (The longevity of each active account on your file is a major factor in your credit score).
Is this a binding contract?

Services are provided on a month-to- month basis and clients may cancel their service at any time at least (4) four days in advance of any upcoming recurring payment. When cancelled according to these terms, the upcoming recurring payment will constitute the final payment due for services rendered. All services are billed in arrears.
